Shipping Info
- Orders can be shipped via courier to any destination in South Africa. Door to door courier charge is a flat rate of R80 per delivery within Gauteng and R120 throughout the rest of South Africa.
- Please allow 8-10 days for manufacture and an additional 2-3 days for local deliveries.
- Orders can also be collected from our studio in Kyalami, Johannesburg.
- International shipping is also available on request.
Refunds & Returns
- We want all our customers to be happy with purchases made at Meringue Jewellery.
- However, if you are unhappy you have 10 days to return an item from the day that you received it.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in their original condition.
- You will need to state the reason for your return and a picture of your jewellery will need to be sent to info@meringuejewellery.com before it is returned
- Returns must be couriered to Meringue Jewellery in Kyalami
- The courier fees must be paid by the customer.
- Any personalised or custom made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- Refunds will be done via EFT into the customers bank account after the item has been sent back and received.
