Shipping Info

• Orders can be shipped via courier to any destination in South Africa.
• Door to door courier charge is a flat rate of R120 per delivery within Gauteng and R180 throughout the rest of South Africa.
• Please allow 8-10 days for manufacture and an additional 2-3 days for local deliveries.
• Orders can also be collected from our shop at Prison Break Market in Glenferness, Johannesburg.
• International shipping is also available on request.

Refunds & Returns

• We want all our customers to be happy with purchases made at Meringue Jewellery.
• However, if you are unhappy you have 10 days to return an item from the day that you received it.
• Items must be in their original packaging and in their original condition.
• You will need to state the reason for your return and a picture of your jewellery will need to be sent to info@meringuejewellery.com before it is returned.
• Returns must be couriered to Meringue Jewellery in Kyalami.
• The courier fees must be paid by the customer.
• Any personalised or custom made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
• Refunds will be done via EFT into the customers bank account after the item has been sent back and received.
